Job Purpose:The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently, while also providing leadership and guidance to our team members. This includes:
- Providing strategic direction and guidance to our operations team to achieve business objectives.
- Developing and implementing operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Leading and managing a team of operations managers and staff to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and manage a team of operations managers and staff to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or operations management.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, with a strong understanding of leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and community partners.
- A strong understanding of operational risks and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to our operations locations in Western Canada. You will need to be able to work in a variety of environments, including office and field settings.
