Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management and Communications Lead to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management plans that drive business results and support the flow of information.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with initiative leads and project teams to develop detailed change management plans, conduct stakeholder impact analysis, and develop key messages for leader communications and employee engagement events. You will also liaise with other business functions and integrate with cross-functional support teams to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective change management plans that drive business results and support the flow of information.
  • Work closely with initiative leads and project teams to develop detailed change management plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact analysis and validate impacts across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop key messages for leader communications and employee engagement events.
  • Liaise with other business functions and integrate with cross-functional support teams to ensure alignment.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on change management data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions.
  • Maintain change management workplans, calendars, and collaboration tools.
  • Handle all training logistics and delivery, including scheduling and providing appropriate materials.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education. You will also need a PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation, or equivalent, as well as 10+ years of broad business experience and 5+ years of experience in Change Management.
