About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Communications Specialist, Change Management to join our Finance Continuous Improvement team. This role will play a key part in supporting our initiatives to digitize and transform the way we work at Magna.
As a Change Management Communications Specialist, you'll be responsible for shaping our strategic plan and supporting various change management initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective communication strategies to engage them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing communication plans to support organizational change
- Conducting impact analyses to identify potential resistance and mitigation tactics
- Supporting the evaluation of change readiness and developing metrics to measure success
- Collaborating with project management teams to identify change impact risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Providing input on training programs and developing strategies to support employee adoption
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational change management or internal marketing and communications
- Change management certification or designation desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
