About the Role

The Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management will have a crucial responsibility in overseeing and managing all strategic, tactical, and financial aspects of OCM. This role will be accountable for demand and resource capacity planning, OCM methodology, and the development of the team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage all OCM resources (internal & external), including maintaining an overall view of projects/initiatives, prioritizing needs, assigning and tracking resources/availability, and monitoring/measuring impacts of team members.
  • Initiate performance management, development plans, coaching, and mentoring for team members.
  • Determine resource needs to support change projects for Magna and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators, metrics and reporting on change management and training.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending best practices and lessons learned.
  • Oversee a structured methodology and ensure the application of change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of change
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify/access key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Develop and assess measurement systems to track stakeholder adoption and business benefits realization

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • Change management certification or designation desired.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience working in a decentralized environment similar to Magna.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex organizational change initiatives.
