Job Summary
Canada Inc is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and assembling data for reports
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve conflict situations and coach staff members as needed
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of staff
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work independently
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
- Organized, time management, and adaptability skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
- 30 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
