Job SummaryAs a Nurse Practitioner, you will be vital in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including exercise physiologists, nutritionists, lifestyle coaches, physician associates, clinical assistants, laboratory and diagnostic imaging technicians, and experienced administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Comprehensive Health Examinations and Annual Preventive Health Examinations on new or existing patients.
- Be MRP for a roster of patients enrolled in one of three preventive health programs.
- Evaluate patient progress towards preventive health goals every 4 months (Triannual Reviews) using a sophisticated biomarker trend analysis.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Compensation is activity-based at $125/half an hour.
