Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of community nursing experience
  • Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Ability to work independently in managing a caseload
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written required (Additional language skills considered an asset)
  • Experience with infusion therapy, mental health, palliative care, and wound care is an asset
  • Excellent patient assessment and teaching skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Physical ability to perform the day-to-day duties described in the duties and responsibilities
  • Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and ability to learn proprietary software
