Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

The Namaste India Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen and dining staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory and purchasing decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
