Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Specialist - Customer Focus. This role involves establishing personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to selling home or auto insurance policies, and educating clients on our products while adhering to company underwriting policies.

Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Sales experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with all types of insurance plans.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building relationships.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Ability to attract new clients and retain current ones.
  • Basic math skills.
