Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart #2216. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and willingness to learn and train.
  • Work Setting: Our pharmacy or drugstore, where you will work closely with pharmacists and other team members to provide excellent patient care.
  • Key Tasks:
    • Verify prescription information for accuracy.
    • Enter client information into our database system.
    • Assist pharmacists with various tasks, including preparing medications and maintaining inventory.
    • Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medications.
    • Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products.
    • Process third-party insurance claims.
    • Perform general clerical duties, including organizing and maintaining inventory.
