Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart #2216.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring inventory levels, and providing support to pharmacists and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions, medications, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure that all medications and pharmaceutical products are properly stored and inventoried.
  • Assist pharmacists with tasks such as preparing medications, entering client information, and billing third-party insurers.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
