Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart #2216.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, and preparing medications for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of prescription information
  • Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Prepare medications for clients
  • Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products
  • Bill third-party insurers
  • Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams
  • Maintain prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Maintain supplies
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
