Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst for Identity Governance

Job Summary: Foilcon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead the implementation of Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, developing documentation, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client's business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined.
  • Apply re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative and cost-effective service delivery approaches.
  • Develop strategies, prepare business cases, and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, develop documentation, and conduct stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years working experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) including Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting business requirements to build highly flexible and scalable enterprise identity administration system that provides centralized administration & complete automation of identity and user provisioning events across enterprise including audit trail for OIG implementation.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of user roles, roles composition, role hierarchy, role-based access management and segregation of duties concepts with respect to compliance.
