Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Private Client Service Associate to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Private Wealth Management team, you will provide exceptional client service and administrative support to our high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Portfolio Managers in preparing for client meetings by arranging required documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Craft reports for analysis of client accounts, providing insightful and actionable recommendations.
  • Accept and create leads, ensuring administrative documentation and lead coding are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide a high level of organization for your designated branch, excelling at administration and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Prioritize and handle your own workload to meet service level agreements requirements for service and productivity.
  • Ensure all necessary due diligence to support the accuracy and compliance of all customer transactions and activities, raising issues where appropriate.
  • Be knowledgeable of, adhere to, and complete required practices and procedures in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes.
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, suggesting improvements and supporting a positive work environment that promotes service to clients, colleagues, partners, the business, and Bank.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in a related field.
  • Mutual Fund licensed.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of the business supported.
