About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional HR leader to join our team as the Director of Human Resources. This strategic role will be responsible for managing the organization's human resource needs while supporting the design and implementation of workplace policy and procedure to support employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, HR policies, and operational processes to meet organizational needs.
- Advise employees on HR policies, benefits programs, and career opportunities.
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and coordinate succession planning.
- Support budgeting efforts to align HR initiatives with financial constraints.
- Ensure effective communication of policy and expectations across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with all employment laws and ensure accurate and timely HR record-keeping.
What We Offer
eBrandon offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement savings. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid role with weekly time split between First Nation community, Brandon, and home.
