Liquor Store Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions
- Coordinate inventory management and maintain a high level of product availability
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
