Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team at Student Transportation of Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Operations
    • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
    • Operate the vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Passenger Safety
    • Ensure the safety of students while boarding and leaving the bus, as well as when crossing the street.
    • Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other drivers using two-way radio systems.
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Complete logbooks and reports as required.
    • Ensure all necessary documents, such as driver's abstract and valid driver's license, are up to date.

    • Valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a variable schedule, requiring 15 to 25 hours of work per week. The work language is English or French.
