  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with insights into departmental performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
