- Advisory Role: Advise senior management on administrative matters.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Errands: Perform personal and business errands for senior management.
- Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 5 years or more of administrative experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Publisher, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and SharePoint.
- Transportation: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must be legally able to work in Canada and have a valid driver's license.
