Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Advisory Role: Advise senior management on administrative matters.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of administrative experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Publisher, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and SharePoint.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must be legally able to work in Canada and have a valid driver's license.
