About the Role

Biftu Baker is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity
  • Assist with medication administration and maintain accurate records
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
Work Environment

As a Personal Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care and support to clients in their homes. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
