Job Title: Site Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Implementation Specialist to join our team at CERM. As a Site Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing our CERM system, providing customer support, and software consultancy to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the CERM system at client sites
  • Provide customer support and software consultancy
  • Lead implementation projects to a successful conclusion
  • Work with product management, helpdesk, and other teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region
  • Have experience of at least one ERP package, either as a consultant or as a senior end user
  • Understand that this role requires travel to customer sites (up to 50% travel)
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional language proficiency is very welcome)
Requirements:
  • Motivated and ambitious individual
  • Based in the USA, Canada, or Mexico
  • Ability to travel to customer sites
  • Experience with ERP packages
  • Excellent communication skills
