Site Implementation Specialist

CERM is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Site Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our software consultancy team, you will be responsible for implementing the CERM system, providing customer support, and delivering training and consultancy to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Implement the CERM system at client sites, ensuring a successful project outcome
* Provide exceptional customer support and software consultancy to our clients
* Deliver training and consultancy to clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the CERM system
* Collaborate with product management, helpdesk, and other teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
* Manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region
* Utilize your experience of at least one ERP package to provide expert guidance to clients

**Requirements:**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
* Ability to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time
* Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach
* Experience in software implementation and customer support
