IDD/BIM Manager

At Aecon, we are seeking an experienced IDD/BIM Manager to lead our Urban Transportation Solutions group in delivering complex rail infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring BIM and digital construction processes meet industry standards and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM and GIS implementation across project disciplines, ensuring compliance with Aecon's IDD BIM processes and procedures.
- Provide leadership and coordination across technical work streams, including engineering disciplines, design management, and digital engineering.
- Ensure BIM requirements support digital integration across all project functions.
- Manage interfaces between engineering disciplines, design, and construction to support the IDD process.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IDD implementation in large rail infrastructure construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of BIM Standards and experience with model federation platforms, such as Assemble Systems and Navisworks.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
