We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Otolaryngologist-Head and Neck Surgeon to join our team at BC Children's Hospital and the University of British Columbia.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that involves providing tertiary Pediatric Otolaryngology care, including dedicated operating room time, involvement in multi-disciplinary clinics, and clinical outreach to Indigenous communities.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive Pediatric Otolaryngology care to patients
- Participate in multi-disciplinary clinics and clinical outreach
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services
- Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, fellows, residents, and medical students
To be eligible, candidates must have completed fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and be eligible for licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
Preferred QualificationsThe preferred candidate will have sub-specialty interest and experience in performing pediatric advanced otologic procedures, demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence, and supported by advanced training in clinical research, surgical education, or quality improvement.
