Job Title: Pediatric Otolaryngologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team at BC Children's Hospital and the University of British Columbia.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves providing tertiary pediatric otolaryngology care, including dedicated operating room time, involvement in multi-disciplinary clinics, and clinical outreach to Indigenous communities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric otolaryngology care to patients
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary clinics and clinical outreach programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, fellows, residents, and medical students in a highly collaborative teaching environment
Qualifications

To be eligible, candidates must have completed fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and be eligible for licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.

Preferred candidates will have a sub-specialty interest and experience in performing pediatric advanced otologic procedures, as well as a commitment to academic excellence and a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment.
