About the Role

Landscovery Immigration Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with Landscovery Immigration Inc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
