About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at Rizing. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering SuccessFactors products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation teams to deliver SuccessFactors products to clients.
  • Analyze clients' business requirements and objectives to ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Configure systems to meet client specifications and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or defects.
  • Assist with preparation of training materials and coach junior consultants.
  • Prepare status updates and track time and expenses.
  • Complete continuing education activities to maintain professional certifications.

Requirements

  • 1 year of Associate Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.
  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Professional SuccessFactors module certifications.

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience or knowledge of Human Resources and/or payroll.

  • Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and build relationships.
  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects with attention to detail.
