About the Role

Rizing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering SuccessFactors' products to our customers, ensuring successful implementation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors' product, utilizing your expertise and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Gather and analyze clients' business requirements and objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of SuccessFactors' products.
  • Develop system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices, maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot and provide resolution of system issues or defects, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Complete internal tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with preparation of training materials, teaching clients how to utilize the system and ensuring successful adoption.
  • Complete demonstration set ups, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Coach junior consultants on projects, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure their success.
  • Prepare status updates, tracking time and expenses to ensure timely system implementation and effective project management.
  • Complete continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1 year of Associate Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.
  • Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role, with a strong understanding of SuccessFactors' products and services.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Professional SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., RCM, RMK, LMS, EC, WFA, etc.).

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience or knowledge of Human Resources and/or payroll, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors' product, with a strong ability to configure and implement systems.
  • Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems, optimizing their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team, deploying the features and functions of SuccessFactors' products as outlined in the Statement of Work.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of SuccessFactors' products.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail, ensuring timely and effective project outcomes.
