About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at A4S Immigration Services Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accurate records, and perform various administrative tasks as required.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and operate our telephone system.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our front desk.
  • Communication: Relay information to clients and staff, schedule appointments, and send reminders as needed.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and perform other tasks related to financial transactions.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
