About the Role

Fusion Authentic Indian Cuisine is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious Indian dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English language.
