Job Title: Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Operations to lead our goods production and logistics efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with expertise in allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.
  • Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory.
  • Forecast production and consumption of products.
  • Complete and process international purchase orders.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
  • Implement programs on optimum inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
