Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide expert support for the implementation of a Land Command Support System (LCSS) platform integration cell.

You will serve as a key liaison between Project Managers and various stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate the integration of LCSS in weapon platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with platform teams to facilitate access to LCSS platform integration services.
  • Developing and maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders.
  • Organizing and leading working group meetings to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Providing staff support for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve LCSS platform integration issues.
  • Maintaining documentation and files for weapon platforms and LCSS integration issues.
  • Managing action items and risk databases.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to update the status of and close action items.
  • Maintaining a master coordinated schedule for events related to LCSS and applicable weapon platforms.
  • Preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Conducting engineering and management analysis of LCSS platform integration issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Specialist on Military C4ISR systems.
  • Strong communication and technical skills to communicate IT frameworks and strategies to management and technical staff.
  • Experience in system engineering, planning, configuring, employing, and managing command and control communication and information systems.
  • STEM diploma (2-year minimum) in networking, software, computer, systems, electrical, or a suitable engineering or technical field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in system engineering in a minimum of four of the assessment area's criteria.
