Job Title: Painting and Decorating Supervisor

Brushup painting ltd is seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all painting and decorating work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of painters and decorators to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee the preparation of production and other reports.
  • Train or arrange for training of apprentices.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
