Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painting and Decorating Supervisor to join our team at Brushup Painting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating operations, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate painting and decorating projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and train a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Physical ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
