Director of Home Operations

About the Role:

The Director of Home and Building Solutions is a strategic leadership position responsible for the overall direction and management of our Home and Building Solutions operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Location Operations: Coach location team leaders to ensure effective store operations and achievement of financial goals, including sales, margins, expenses, and inventory management.
• Financial Leadership: Direct the preparation and manage the annual budget, providing financial direction and training. Present the Division's Business Plan to senior leadership, and regularly update the financial performance and business objectives.
• Marketing and Merchandising: Develop and implement a strategic division marketing plan to increase market share, including managing local advertising and ensuring alignment with Riverbend initiatives. Lead efforts to improve merchandise buying, pricing, and inventory management.
• Customer Experience Management: Collaborate with the General Manager and Marketing teams to develop and execute a Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategy. Ensure customer service standards are consistently met through training, evaluation, and corrective actions.
• Project and Facilities Management: Lead project management for assigned Riverbend construction, renovation, and development initiatives. Oversee the facilities management team to ensure timely completion of repair projects and manage shared service and leadership agreements as needed.
