Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist I to join our team at Alberta Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional clinical outcomes.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base pay, you will also be eligible for a Remote Retention Allowance of up to $3,000 per annum. This allowance is paid out on an hourly basis for all hours worked at the basic rate of pay.
Job Summary: As a Respiratory Therapist I, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing respiratory therapy care plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with various clinical teams to enhance clinical outcomes and provide training to healthcare providers on the use and maintenance of respiratory equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active or eligible registration with the College and Association of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta (CARTA)
- Must provide CRTA # to be eligible for hire
