We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative services.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the day-to-day activities of our administrative department. This includes coordinating administrative services, evaluating the operations of the department, and managing the operations of multiple administrative services.

You will be responsible for collecting and recording administrative and service fees, assisting in preparing annual budgets, conducting research, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

In addition, you will direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services. You will also hire and train or arrange for training of staff, interview, hire, and provide training for staff, plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Other key responsibilities include preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, managing knowledge, assisting in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, managing events, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, efficient communication, and strong organizational abilities. You should have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar position. Familiarity with MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Windows, and Google Drive is essential, as well as accounting software and electronic mail.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess attention to detail, be able to work under pressure, and manage a large workload effectively. You should be flexible, organized, and a team player with excellent time management skills.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid vacation, and professional development opportunities.
