Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Happy Motel. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel's systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to appliances and equipment.
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent employment.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
