Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Happy Motel.
Job Summary:The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems, as well as maintaining the appearance of the motel grounds.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems
- Maintain the appearance of the motel grounds, including watering and tending to plants, lawns, and gardens
- Perform minor repairs on appliances and other equipment
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to plumbing and ventilation systems
- Contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
The Building Maintenance Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, performing a variety of tasks to maintain the appearance and functionality of the motel.
