We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Happy Motel. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our motel.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and plumbing repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, and electrical systems
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Motel environment
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Free parking available
- Permanent employment
- English language
