About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Equipment Specialist to join our team for a 2-year contract. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to ensure the seamless delivery, verification, and installation of clinical equipment for a new hospital build.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position requiring a hybrid work arrangement, with mostly remote work and occasional on-site presence at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator, with expertise in coordinating IMIT equipment deliveries and verifications, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and support the detailed verification of IM Clinical Equipment
  • Coordinate delivery and installation of equipment for third-party installers, if necessary
  • Manage infrastructure requirements for clinical equipment
  • Review correspondence and meeting minutes related to IM Clinical equipment actions/impacts
  • Create and update work breakdown structures and coordinate project implementation tasks
  • Manage risk, issue, and scope change management processes
  • Engage with the IM Clinical team and work closely with other work stream leads

Additional Services

The selected candidate may be required to fill in or substitute with other roles on an interim or full-time basis, depending on project demands. They will also provide ad-hoc subject matter expertise to other related or aligned Authority initiatives.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading enterprise public health client, contributing to the development of cutting-edge clinical equipment solutions.
