About the Role

Naran Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
