Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Consultant Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in Nova Scotia. This role offers a rewarding career with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Estimated Salary:$114,000 - $143,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional patient-centered care and exceed patients' expectations
• Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while achieving excellence in patient care and customer service
• Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to provide health & wellness services
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation
• Identify actual and potential drug-related problems through medication reviews
• Ensure prescription safety and prioritize technical functions
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Nova Scotia
• Injection and First Aid Certification
• Additional certifications such as Certified Geriatric Pharmacist or Advanced Prescribing
• Kroll software experience is preferred
