  • Infrastructure Planning Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to plan and design essential infrastructure components, such as roads, sidewalks, utilities (water, sewer, stormwater), drainage systems, and landscaping.
  • Subdivision Design Utilize your expertise in civil engineering principles to develop innovative and practical subdivision layouts that optimize land use, infrastructure development, and business needs.
  • Compliance with Regulations Stay current with local regulations and ensure that all designs comply with these requirements.
  • Project Management Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years Municipal/Civil Engineer experience, with a focus on subdivision layout, road design, service design, and development projects.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a Masters degree would be an asset.
  • On path for registration or currently registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada.
  • Proven understanding of zoning and subdivision regulations.
  • Proven project management and technical skills.
