As a Senior Project Manager at EllisDon, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction management of projects from pre-construction to completion. This includes coordinating with the Superintendent to ensure timely and accurate billings, meeting with Owners and Architects to communicate effectively, and monitoring project costs to maintain a positive cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall construction management and coordination with the Superintendent.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to the Area Manager.
- Meet with Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to communicate project progress and concerns.
- Monitor and forecast project costs to ensure they align with the estimate.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and mentor a large team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Experience in design build/construction management delivery models/contracts.
- Working knowledge of construction scopes, activities, scheduling, project management, and contract software.
- Ability to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team.
- Preference given to candidates with high-rise residential experience.
