Overview

Enterprise Holdings is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Analyzing financial data and making informed business decisions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a 3-year college diploma (university bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Be fluent in French
  • Be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company
  • Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
  • Have experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
