About the Role
Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our business operations, including customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Learn from experienced mentors and industry experts through hands-on training and coaching.
- Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners, and develop a customer-centric approach to business.
- Participate in a structured program that includes training, development, and mentoring, with a clear career path and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- 3-year college diploma (university bachelor's degree preferred).
- Fluent French language skills.
- Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years.
- Experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, or related fields.
