Overview

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Leading and managing teams to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A 3-year college diploma (university bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Fluent French language skills
  • A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years
  • Experience in sales and customer service, leadership, or a related field
