We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Seven Oaks General Hospital. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional nursing services to patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs. This will involve administering prescribed medical treatments, leading the healthcare team, and facilitating coordination of patient care and discharge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide independent nursing services to patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
  • Administer prescribed medical treatments, as ordered by physicians.
  • Lead the healthcare team in providing patient care and discharge planning.
  • Facilitate coordination of patient care and services, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient information and progress, as required.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
  • Previous nursing experience in a hospital setting, an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications, such as Windows and Word processing.
