Job Title: Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide nursing care to clients in the community, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs. This will involve independent nursing services, administration of prescribed treatments, leadership roles within the healthcare team, and facilitating coordination of client care and discharge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to clients in the community, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
  • Administer prescribed treatments and medications as required.
  • Lead the healthcare team in providing high-quality care to clients.
  • Facilitate coordination of client care and discharge.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
  • Experience working in community health nursing, preferably with a focus on complex and unpredictable health needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
